WINDHOEK – Namibia’s super featherweight boxer Jeremiah “Lowkey” Nakathila had to rely on his speed and strength to stop Zimbabwean opponent Peter Pambeni via a technical knockout in the 8th round of their mega fight on Saturday, which saw Nakathila retain his WBO Global junior lightweight title.

WINDHOEK – In a frenzied war of words during yesterday’s face-off presser in the capital, headliners of tomorrow’s “Champions in Action” boxing bonanza, Namibia’s Jeremiah “Lowkey” Nakathila and his Zimbabwean opponent Peter “Sniper” Pambeni both promised to bring nothing but their A-game to the ring.

Death has struck domestic football once again following the sad passing of former Blue Waters Football Club versatile defender Jeremiah Shikongo, aka “Jerry” amongst his vast circle of friends.
