Fellow landless Windhoek residents, in 2016 the City of Windhoek, in collaboration with INO Investment, offered 96 plots for sales and promised to inform us within 120 days, which turned out to be a lie.
N$100 was charged per document sold. How many millions did the city rob its citizens of in this process? Again in 2016, another offer to purchase in Khomasdal Extension 16 was made. Another 100 plots were offered for sale and N$100 was again charged per document sold and the City promised to inform us within 120 days, which did not happen to date.
Let us all applicants unite and take the City to court, so they are held accountable for such daylight robbery. There is never a right time to act but the right time to act is now.
