A 22-year-old domestic worker (pictured) was arrested this morning at Uuthiya WaMeya village near Okahao for alleged concealment of birth, after she reportedly dumped her newborn baby in a pit latrine.
The baby, who sustained minor injuries to the face, is believed to have spend a night in the pit and was rushed to hospital together with the mother this morning.
