Newly elected Ohangwena Regional Councillor, Nehemia Haufiku, from the Swapo Party was sworn in by Eenhana magistrate, Melila Ankele, yesterday.
Haufiku was elected into office in a regional by-election held at the town on Friday, winning by a huge majority against other contestants from the Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP) and the Congress of Democrats (CoD).
