Farmers Meat, a proud subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group, is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its wage negotiations with the Namibia Food and Allied Workers Union (Nafau).
The new established, one-year substantive agreement, effective from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to its employees and the Namibian community. Reflecting on the past year, “Farmers Meat has
faced numerous challenges, yet remained steadfast in focusing its efforts on the well being of employees. This agreement reaffirms our drive towards Vision 2029 and our brand of being authentic, caring, and passionate”, it said.

By engaging timeously, we ensure that our bargaining employees receive their salary increments without delay.”
