The majority of voters at Oneshila, a settlement in Oshakati, are women so far. This is according to Johanna Uutaapama, a presiding officer at Epandulo Community Centre. More middle-aged, elderly women and a few men of the same age groups are showing up. Young people, both male and female are, however, turning up in very few numbers. “I guess they are still coming, they’re probably still at work,” said Uutaapama.
