The FNB Cup 2007-2008 was launched at Sam Nujoma Stadium on Tuesday night.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Minister of Youth, National Service, Sport and Culture, John Mutorwa, thanked all partners who work to promote and develop football in Namibia mainly FNB, MTC and Breweries
He also thanked the Brave Warriors for qualifying for the African Football Cup 2008 in Ghana.
“I urge those who are appointed to lead our Brave Warriors national team to demonstrate principals of leadership, to dedicate their time and focus on the broad objective of sport, to utilise sport to achieve more for the country, to have in mind that sport is about fair play, and there is always in sport a winner and a loser,” Mutorwa concluded before opening officially the launching of the FNB Cup 2007-2008 edition.
FNB Strategic Marketing and Communication Officer, Dixon Norval said: “The FNB Cup sponsorship guarantees a commitment of N$500???_?_’???_?’???_???
