By Staff Reporter WINDHOEK Group CEO of FNB Namibia Holdings Limited, Advocate Vekuii Rukoro, has announced the appointment of Florentia Amuenje as Manager: Group Human Resources Development. Amuenje has a solid academic background with a BA Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from UNAM, an MA in Research Psychology from Rhodes University, and is currently a second-year MBA student with the University of Stellenbosch. She has consulting experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development functions in both the public and private sectors. PriceWaterhouseCoopers employed Amuenje as an intern student and then as Human Resources Consultant. She also worked for the MVA Fund as HR Manager responsible for the management and leadership of the Human Relations Unit. She brings with her extensive experience in a broad variety of people management and organizational development functions, complemented by expertise in attitude and behavioural change towards cultural diversity in the workplace. Ms. Amuenje is married and has two sons, Hafeni (8) and Panduleni (4).
