FNB’s CashPlus transaction value surpasses N$100 ml

FNB Namibia’s CashPlus transaction value has surpassed the N$100 million threshold solidifying the most community banking service as the most preferred banking method nationwide.

CashPlus, a pioneer in the financial services sector, makes it possible for agents to provide financial services thereby enhancing financial inclusion and convenience for FNB customers across the country. 

These transactions are all facilitated through FNB’s existing cellphone banking and FNB App channels, offering customers unparalleled ease and efficiency in managing their finances.

CashPlus as a channel has grown 44% annually with more customers gravitating to the channel reaching N$110 424 830 in value processed for the month of December 2023, which is a testament on customer confidence in the product.
