Home Time Out FNCC Terrace hosts Salsa cocktail

Windhoek

It is a Salsa dance night tonight when the  Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) Restaurant La Bonne Table and Fusion Funk Dance Studio present the Salsa Dancing Cocktails at the FNCC Terrace.

Founder of Fusion Funk Dance Studio, Mcbreaton Pieters, says the dancing cocktails shows are set to take place every first Friday of the month and they are a platform where society can have a social through dance. “Tango was the first dancing cocktail and it took place last month so the April dance is Salsa. This is also a chance for the Cuban society and other Latin music lovers to come and dance the night away in the style of salsa. “

Pieters will be giving a few demonstrations and conducting a small salsa step class for the audience to join in on all the fun.  “It is just the right amount of juicy cocktails to allow you to forget your week and just the right dance steps to get your weekend started,” says Adre Gariseb FNCC Communication Officer. Each monthly session will be featuring a selected dance style with expert instructors, who will demonstrate an array of striking moves of the featured dance styles for audiences to follow. Tickets are available at Computicket, N$70 for a single and N$120 for couple.
