As of today (Friday, August 5) Broll Namibia, a subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group, will offer free Wi-Fi to shoppers at Werhill Park. The free Wi-Fi will be available within Wernhil’s common areas for all shoppers, tenants and the general public. The initiative, according to Broll Namibia spokeswoman Sylvia Rusch is part of Wernhil Park’s commitment to keeping the shopping experience world-class at all times. “We’re extremely excited about this! In order to remain competitive and up-to-date, you need to keep up with the changing times and that is exactly what we are doing. With so much being linked to internet connectivity nowadays and the need to be connected at all times, including a demand by consumers to research first before making the final purchase, a service offering such as free Wi-Fi is almost becoming mandatory to ensure we cater for the current consumer lifestyle and demand. To keep a competitive edge, it is important to make the shopping experience at Wernhil Park as convenient as possible. Our tenants and shoppers are our most valued asset and they deserve the best and modern value added services only,” said Rusch. During the last 26 years, Wernhil Park has undergone three phases and is now 37 000 square metres with 1 367 parking bays and has an average foot count of 1.15 million shoppers per month.
