The Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) on Monday donated N$50 000 towards the Etunda Farm Primary School and Clinic project to former president Sam Nujoma. Newly appointed chief executive officer of Namcor, Immanuel Mulunga, said he hoped the small contribution would go a long way in alleviating the plight of the poor and destitute among farm workers and the surrounding community at large. Receiving the donation Nujoma said he is grateful for the gesture and noted that the construction of the clinic and primary school building is at an advanced stage. The first phase will include a clinic, school, teachers’ houses and a home for nurses.
