The much-anticipated first edition of Shades of Sundae will take place this Sunday and promises to be a beautiful green-themed showcase of fashion, food, music and art.

Presented by Monochrome Magazine, this brand-new event takes place at the Etcetera Art Café and Studio situated at the Old Breweries complex in Windhoek.

MN Creations, a Namibian fashion house that caters to all, will open the fashion segment of the event with green-themed garments signifying the flair and eclectic creativity he is known for.

Furthermore, local visual artists will put on display a variety of breathtaking art pieces that explore the beauty and diversity of the colour green.  There will also be a live art session. And what’s an event without some music? The talented DJ Chinchila as well as Loudima will be on the decks.

AstroPhotography will be capturing all the stunning looks. Organisers say they strive to celebrate and support Namibian businesses, and for this reason, they will be empowering small local food vendors by stationing them at Shades of Sundae. “We encourage all our guests to express their creativity and personal style through their strictly green-themed outfits,” they added. “Join us for an unforgettable day of fashion, art, and music all inspired by the colour green. We can’t wait to see you there!”

The event will exclusively take place on Sundays, giving participants a perfect way to round off their weekends.
