Jacobs plans to take league in style

Home Special Focus Jacobs plans to take league in style

MTC Premiership table toppers African Stars’ coach Woody Jacobs is resolute that come heaven or high waters his club will win the league.

“We only need three points to win the league and we still have to play three games, so we basically only need a point from each match. But we want to win the league in style so a win against Tigers will be very crucial tomorrow.”
Stars takes on 4th placed Tigers at the Sam Nujoma Stadium tomorrow at 15h00 in a decisive clash, as a win for Stars could see them take the league with two games remaining.

However it won’t be an easy assignment as Tigers equally need three points to close the gap on 2nd and 3rd placed Black Africa and Tura Magic, respectively.
