CALLING all ladies with a 4×4 who would like to take part in the “Dust & Dirt 4×4 Babes’ dirt challenge event being held in aid of breast cancer awareness’, on 12th October at the SKW 4×4 playground.
Organisers have prepared a minimum of ten obstacles, which are accessible with any 4×4 vehicle, and although they will be challenging, are designed for ladies in mind, so not too damage the vehicles or scare the driver.
A call is out for lady teams to enter, and must consist of a minimum of two ladies, as long as each member of the team is properly seated and can buckle up. During the event organisers will engage with the teams and other ladies in order to share information with them on breast, cervical, blood and other cancer.
Male teams may also enter, providing that they are dressed in bras, lady shoes and dresses. They can participate but will not be entitled to prizes as we are going to spoil the ladies during the day.
Iveco will be present with their truck and we do have a few other surprises for the day. For the children there will be a jumping castles and there will be enough to eat, drink, music and a very witty announcer will entertain the people during the day. Entrance for spectators are free of charge and spectators, like the teams will all have a chance to win nice prizes during the day.
The event begins at 8h00, and Miss Namibia will be there to open the event, and there will be loads of activities throughout the day. Organisers already have 15 confirmed team entries – team entries cut off the morning of the event. For further details contact 0812080555 or 0811426354.
