WHAT is dubbed as the first and the biggest Music Road Show ever staged in Namibia, the GAZZA TOWNSHIP TOUR, kicks off next Wednesday, it was announced in a recent press release. “The aim of the Tour is to bring entertainment to the people by creating an unprecedented platform where fans can be entertained live by their idol, the Kwaito Maestro himself, “GAZLAM 4 EVA”,” said Dandani Boois. The tour will be free of charge and will cover eleven towns across Namibia as from next Wednesday until 7 October. All shows will be staged outdoors at local shebeens, bars and/or clubs except for Ongwediva and Windhoek. The theme of the Tour is “Summer Party in die Kasi” and is primarily aimed at GAZZA fans from all walks of life. The tour promises to be a cracker, as fans can look forward to explosive and electrifying performances by GAZZA and the GMP Crew with a powerful 30kW sound system that will surely rock the crowd. “Popular crowd man, Webster Snewe, will be the MC while DJ Romeo will be mixing hot tracks from the DJ-stand throughout the tour. A big surprise awaits fans as lucky audiences will stand a chance to win exclusive GAZZA Promotional Merchandise such as T-Shirts, Floppies, Stickers and so much more,” the press release said. The organizers further promised that security and first aid personnel will be at all shows to ensure public and vehicle safety and to render emergency medical assistance if and when required. All Shows will start at 19h00 till late, and fans are urged to arrive early at the respective venues.
