The NSSU held a send-off gathering at its office in Windhoek yesterday, where the athletes mingled with teammates and were given a small talk on the importance of their mission to Zimbabwe.

Countries that are currently active in the Cossasa Games are Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe, while the likes of Angola, Mozambique, Seychelles and South Africa have not participated in the games for many years now due to various reasons. Last year’s edition of the competition was held in Zambia.
