Namibian officials led by Zambezi Regional Governor Lawrence Sampofu and a delegation led by the Zambian Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services, Godfrey Malama, on Monday celebrated SADC Day at Sesheke in Zambia. The two nations joined in the celebration where there was much entertainment plus a dinner. A briefing was made at the office of Governor Sampofu by the Zambian delegation led by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services in Zambia, Godfrey Malama.
Thereafter inspections at the two countries’ borders were conducted before the delegations sat down to feast in Sesheke in celebration of SADC Day.
