WINDHOEK – Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) Commissar of Communication, Oslen Kahiriri says the party has partnered with Arabian and Asian countries to build affordable houses for all Namibians.

“NEFF as a people representative, the Central Command (CC) Team has managed to get the approval from some of the Arabian and Asian countries to build affordable houses for Namibians,” he stated in a press release. He says the monthly instalment will be as low N$ 300 per month for periods of twenty years.

Kahiriri says the aim is to target low-income earners such as securities officers, domestic workers among others.

“It’s now time for all Namibians who don’t have houses to listen and take action upon this,” he said, adding that the program was not only to NEFF in Namibia but to other political organisation in Africa as well.

He says this move was taken after a delegation from Saudi Arabian and Asian countries visited the regions two week ago. Kahiriri says said the party got approval of N$ 3 billion to construct affordable houses for any Namibian, adding the money will be paid in a local bank before December 10, 2014.

“There is no way we are going to reveal our funders at this stage, because I am sure this Swapo government is going to stop the funding,” he added.

He further called on those in need of house to contact NEFF offices across the regions.

“Namibians without land are encouraged to go apply as these houses are not meant only for township but in villages also, as long as there is rightful approval from the traditional authorities,” he stated. He says NEFF is not a party of rallies but a party of solutions.

“At rallies they do lip service which they have been doing for the past 24years,” he said.
