President Hage Geingob today appointed Veiccoh Nghiwete as the Namibian High Commissioner to the Republic of South Africa to succeed Marten Kapewasha who retired from the diplomatic service. Nghiwete is not new to the diplomatic service and is the former permanent secretary in the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperations (formerly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
