Friends and family last night gathered at St Mary’s Cathedral in Windhoek to pay their respects to the late Andrew Kamwi Mwazi who passed away on June 30, 2015 in a Johannesburg hospital where he had gone for treatment. Kamwi Mwazi was an engineer by profession and served as the deputy permanent secretary in the Department of Works in the Ministry of Works and Transport since 2007. He will be laid to rest this Friday in Katima Mulilo in Zambezi Region.
