The Namibian Tennis Association (NTA) will host a Junior Tennis tourney in Windhoek this weekend.
The two-day event, which gets underway on Saturday, is proudly sponsored by Sanlam, and is expected to attract more than 70 boys and girls from around the country, who will be competing for Junior ranking points.
“The Namibian Tennis Association is extremely grateful for the continued support from Sanlam. Only through assistance by companies like Sanlam can tennis grow and develop and help juniors reach their full potential,” reads a statement from NTA .
Event organisers expect some tough matches in all the age groups, starting from Under-8 all the way through to Under-18’s. The following venues will play hosts to the tournament: CTC, DTS, SKW and Police Tennis Courts.
