Ohlthaver & List Group aims to become one of Southern Africa’s top

The group has for the first time joined the annual opinion survey “Best Company to Work For in Southern Africa”, competing with the likes of Microsoft SA, ABSA, McDonalds and others.

The Ohlthaver & List Director for Human Capital, Berthold Mukuahima, said the maiden participation forms part of the group’s corporate strategy “Growth through change 2011” and represents an initial step towards becoming an employer of choice.

“Understanding what motives our employees and knowing where we are with our human resources practices are crucial to achieve our goal to be among the top 10 companies to work for in Southern Africa by 2011,” he said in a statement.
