WINDHOEK– The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group of Companies recently hosted its annual coastal Christmas party for orphans and vulnerable children at the Sparta Sports Grounds in Walvis Bay.

The O&L Group’s subsidiaries’, Hangana Seafood and Kraatz Marine played host to close to 90 children from the Erongo House of Safety; Swakopmund Tears of Hope; Tutaleni Community Pre-School Kuisebmond; Kids Haven and Jonah Home.  Herman Theron, Managing Director of Hangana Seafood said: “We as O&L are most fortunate to share this rewarding event with children who deserve to be treated to the joy of the festive season.  We are proud of our operating companies for standing together year after year and working as one to make this day a success, and in so doing fulfilling our purpose ‘creating a future, enhancing life’.  Our appreciation also goes to our suppliers – Guans Packaging; Bxtreme; Evolve; Kokketoor; Rent-A-Toilet; Afrox; Salon Nailika; Tops Liquor store; Chip&Dip; as well as Namaqualand Butchery – for adding that special touch. We wish all the kids and the caregivers as well as the communities of both Swakopmund and Erongo a blessed season and a Merry Christmas.”

This is the sixth year that the O&L Group together with its operating companies and various suppliers is hosting this party.
