‘Injustices, Unfairness, Favouritism and Corrupt Practices at Oshikoto Health Directorate’
Allow me a space in your newspaper to shed light and inform the public at large of the gross unfairness practised at Oshikoto Regional Directorate by the Management.
The Director of Health in Oshikoto has opted to use rumour-mongering and hearsay as the basis of her Management. She’s employed informers and confidantes/cronies within the workforce to feed her with rumours and gossip on what is going around.
Such informers are rewarded with immunity from facing any disciplinary action when they are on the wrong side of the law. Equally they are regarded as untouchables and loyal staff to her.
Examples/incidents to substantiate my claims/observation
