WINDHOEK
The Government of the Republic of Namibia has conferred hero status on the late John Alphons Pandeni, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has announced.
Pandeni will therefore be honoured with a “Hero’s funeral, which is likely to take place on Saturday, 29 March 2008”.
Pandeni died in a car accident on Friday, March 14, 2008.
An announcement on further arrangements will be made in due course.
