2013-12-13Staff Report 2 ONDANGWA-Miss Ondangwa 2013 beauty pageant will be taking is tomorrow at the Ondangwa Trade Fair Yard, under the theme “Stop alcohol abuse, Stop using drugs”. The pageant with Paulina Shiimi as a Mistress of Ceremony (MC) promises to set Ondangwa ablaze. Thirtee finalists will be gracing the catwalk on the night. “Difference speeches will be addressed to the nation by very important people such as mayors of different towns that we have invited and we just want to surprise the nation with this,” says Sisco Fiilemon, organiser of the event. “The message out there will be for the youth not to cut their career dreams with alcohol and drugs but rather stay focused and know their purpose in life to deliver and deliver back what they have been gaining throughout their education,” he says. The Dotcomz, Unity Squats, Scary Ya Bona, Dirty fruits, Young Kasi, Scooby Dee and Cool Family will be performing during the event.
