Sanlam, a leading financial services group, is proud to announce its collaboration with the Rob Youth Foundation in support of Engela State Hospital’s maternity ward and waiting shelter.
The partnership aims to address the challenges faced by the hospital and make a meaningful impact on the lives of mothers and their newborns.
The handover ceremony, held on 4 August 2023, was a moment of great significance for the community.
The initiative aims to provide a secure and comfortable environment for mothers during the birthing process.
“Pregnancy and childbirth are cherished chapters in a woman’s life – and at Sanlam, we take great pride in supporting individuals during their most delicate moments,” said Lukas Tshithigona, Sanlam Ondangwa branch manager.
“Our donation of 70 mattresses, valued at N$28 927 , to the maternity ward, reflects our commitment to ensuring a nurturing and positive experience for mothers as they await delivery and after the birth of their children.”
