WINDHOEK-Namibian female singer currently residing in The Ukraine, Sandra Blak, has dropped her newest, sparkling and massive single, titled Towelele, on YouTube.

The song has been produced in Namibia by a Namibian producer, Andrew, and Mastered in The Ukraine by Tim J. According to Sandra Blak. Towelele means making noise. “Towelele is a funky danceable song. It’s more of a Dancehall and Afro Pop, a little different from what I normally do but who cares, I will leave that up to my fans to enjoy the comfortable zone of a good music,” says Sandra.  She adds that she will also drop the song on local televisions and radios very soon. Currently the song is attracting more listeners on social networks, both locally and internationally.

Sandra Blak was born in Rosenberg in Pretoria, South Africa. At an early age, she moved to Windhoek where she joined every school choir of all the five schools she attended. And while at high school, she met and befriended one of the Namibian top musicians, Mushe, who helped her to keep up with her career. Due to her love and passion for music, Sandra decided to try out her singing talent recording a few songs. She recorded four hit songs which were well received by many locally and won her an award last year at the Namibia Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) in the Best Non Album category with the song, Music.

Through her school hard work, Sandra was admitted to study medicine at one of the best medical institutions in The Ukraine, where she is currently residing. Even in the midst of her studies, she has managed to take her love of music to another level.
