Home Art Life Slammer goes digital!

WINDHOEK– Two years after the release of his debut album with stunning singles like I like and Boyz in the hood,  Hip Hopper,  Jeffrey Haoseb, better known as Slammer’s album is now available for digital sales at online store like iTunes and Amazon.

The titled I Like was locally released as an Early Preview (EP) in October 2012 and he then decided to release an online version adding new sound tracks. Slammer believes digital sales are a good way to sell music to the world and not have a limited target market. “As the world is developing everything is digital and we are now the internet generation. We have to push our music on the internet and not depend only on physical CDs, especially now that the whole world is using the internet to connect. Our people also have to get used to it, because that’s where we are headed to. There are more opportunities available online than just having a CD out locally,” says  slammer.

The internet version album is a dedication to the internet users including the hit single I Like which is literally talking about fans who support his music on the online. “I want to encourage Namibians to start supporting local music online to help promote Namibian music to the world.” he says.

The debut album is out commercially and is on sale worldwide. An  online version is available by searching “Slammer – I like” on Amazon and iTunes
