KEETMANSHOOP – All roads leads to the J. Stephanus Stadium in Keetmanshoop this weekend for the promotional play-offs with five regional teams representing Khomas, Hardap, Karas, Erongo and Omaheke regions for the remaining three places in the Southern Stream First Division League for the 2014/15 season.

Matches starts at 08h00 tomorrow morning with Karas’ Brazilie FC taking on Flamingoes from Hardap region to be followed by the encounter between Young Africans (Omaheke) and Kaizen Football Academy, representing Khomas.

At 12h00, Erongo’s Northern Stars confronts Brazilie before Flamingoes and Young African squares off at 14h00 to be followed by the match between Kaizen and Brazilie at 16h00.

At dusk tomorrow at 18h00, Young African returns to action to face Northern Stars while Flamingoes and Kaizen finalise the day’s proceedings with a tie at 20h00. On Sunday, action will resume at 10h00 with Kaizen taking on Stars while Young African will be up against Brazilie before the final play-off match at 14h00 between Stars and Flamingoes.

The top three clubs will be promoted to the 2014/15 Southern Stream First Division season, replacing relegated clubs, Celtics from Swakopmund and Young Beauties (Keetmanshoop). Courtesy of Rebels promotion to the MTC Premiership – a 3rd spot is also available, hence the three teams promotions instead of the usual two. The North East and North West First Divisions promotional play-offs will take place within a fortnight at yet to be announced venues.
