The recent Standard Bank Auto Show has concluded successfully at the SKW Sports Ground in Windhoek.
Thirty-two dealerships participated in the Auto Show. Standard Bank offered vehicle loans at prime less 1.75%; residual value of up 30 percent; no deposit and 60 months to repay the loan.

“Interest in the auto show has been overwhelming and approvals already commenced on the 4th of July and due to the high volumes of visitors to the auto show the special offers continued until the 15th of July – which is one week after the auto show ended,” explained Standard Bank’s head of vehicle and asset finance, Wim Lotter.

“The Standard Bank Auto Show has become an important event on the motoring calendar. It is a great way to interact with potential clients and to expose your brand to the general public,” said Hayley Allen of the Novel Motor Company.

In addition to the BT-50 and the CX-5, the Novel Motor Company displayed the Mazda2, Mazda3 and the MX-5, which was the main attraction at the stand. The MX-5 model has won multiple international awards, including the International Design Award for 2016.
The newest vehicles on show in the Ford stable were the new Figo, the latest Ford Rangers, the new Ford Everest and a vehicle that has captured the imagination of many, the new Ford Mustang.

“I would like to take this opportunity to commend all our participating motor dealers for their hard work and loyalty to Standard Bank through the years,” said Vetumbuavi Mungunda, chief executive of Standard Bank at the opening of the Auto Show event.
