Home Art Life Theatre Sports  crew at it again

WINDHOEK-Can Kapana eating or goat juggling be considered a possible competitive sport?

Are you a fanatic armchair fan or a cheerleader? Do you wear team colours for every game? Or can you simply not understand what all the hype is about? Either way it’s time to for the Theatre Sports Olympic games at Franco Namibia Cultural Centre (FNCC) Cinema next Thursday. After the winter games, and with the Football World Cup over in Brazil, the Theatre Sports crew brings its usual nonsense level of contemplation to the world of sports entitled, Let the Game Begin.

The show is facilitated by Tanya Terblanche from the University of Namibia (Unam)’s Drama Department and supported by the National Arts Council of Namibia.Theatre Sports is improvised theatre based on audience suggestions usually with hilarious results. Come and invent a whole new Olympic sports code. Tickets are N$30 in advance at FNCC and N$40 at the gate and the show start at 19h00.
