The Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) proudly announces a spectacular tribute concert, honouring the legendary King of Rumba, Papa Wemba.
The concert, set to take place on 26 April at the FNCC, will celebrate the enduring legacy and profound influence of the iconic Congolese musician.
Shungu Chef Rumba and the Rumba Roots will come together to pay tribute to this cultural icon through electrifying performances of their most beloved hits, ensuring his music continues to resonate with audiences of all ages.

Through soul-stirring renditions and heartfelt tributes, the concert will celebrate Papa Wemba’s enduring legacy and the profound impact he had on the world of music.
