JUST IN: The Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court has sentenced Tsumeb resident Jeffrey Victor, 36, to 18 months in prison for slashing a woman’s face during a fight – leaving her was facial scars. The assault occurred in May 2017. The sentence is one of the rarest for assault.
