Founded in 2004, Unik has been in the Namibian music industry for two years, although the impact has been obvious since 2005. Unik has a referenced splash with its own rhythmical style with a strong emphasis on the three SADC official languages, namely Portuguese, English and French. The group consists of four distinguished members who are all vocalists: Domingos Fernando persuading the stage name of “Le Supreme MC”, Manuel InglÃÆ’Æ‘Æ‘ÃÆ”šÃ‚ªs “ING”, Cristovao Lemos “Kris’Moz”, and Manuel Ricardo aka “Virus”. Currently working on its long awaited debut album entitled “Banda Sonora”, the group also possesses an upcoming label known as “Music Factory Entertainment” with two artists signed.
