By Petronella Sibeene WINDHOEK Zambian President Levy Mwanawasa has been invited to grace Namibia’s 17th Independence anniversary. Mwanawasa is scheduled to arrive in the country next week Tuesday in readiness for March 21. Yesterday, President Hifikepunye Pohamba briefed ministers and other top government officials on Mwanawasa’s arrival. The Zambian President is expected to meet the Namibian business community. Mwanawasa is also expected to speak at an Independence rally at Swakopmund, in the Erongo region. He returns to Zambia on March 24.
