WINDHOEK – Muyenga Paulus, 34, died instantly when she was run over by a car on Saturday at Mbwata village in Kavango East, Deputy Commissioner Edwin Kanguatjivi informed the media during the regular weekend crime briefing on Sunday.
On Sunday at around 2.30am at Rainbow village, five armed men allegedly tied up a security guard who was guarding a residential home, held him at gunpoint and broke into the house. They then held the six occupants at gunpoint and made off with N$2 000 in cash and five cellphones valued at N$7 500.
Henry Fredrick Hendricks, 24, hanged himself on Sunday at 10.30am in a tree with a plastic rope in the Aroab riverbed.
