WINDHOEK – A three-year-old boy allegedly shot and killed a 36-year-old farm worker with a hunting rifle in the Okahandja district on Thursday last week. The deceased, Sebelon Benhardt, was a farm worker at Farm Marcenville in the Okahandja area of the Otjozondjupa Region.
Inspector Stephen Nuuyi said information indicates that Benhardt was standing behind the motor vehicle of his employer and the child’s father when the little boy allegedly went inside the vehicle and accidentally pulled the trigger of the hunting rifle, killing the victim instantly. Police are investigating the incident.
