Prowealth and Stubenrauch Planning Consultants (SPC) have joined forces with the Africa Planning Forum (APF) to invest in property development at Ongwediva, as part of enhancing black economic empowerment (BEE) in the North. The joint venture is the brainchild of the SPC managing director, Gunther Stubenrauch, who started his regional and town-planning consultancy in Windhoek 18 years ago.
