WINDHOEK
Last week Trustco sponsored the secondary scholarships of three learners at Windhoek Gymnasium Private School to the tune of N$56 700. The recipients of the scholarships are Chevanne van Niekerk, Keanana van Wyk and Gerhardt Liebenberg, who are all Grade 10 learners The three learners are excellent sportsmen, with excellent academic achievements.
The boys expressed their gratitude to Trustco for the scholarships and described them as a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Gerhardt Liebenburg said: “This is the best thing that has happened to me.”
Liebenburg dreams of one day becoming an architect.
Chevanne van Niekerk noted that he plans to become an engineer whilst Keanan van Wyk hopes to pursue a career as a chartered accountant. Kondjeni Haufiku from Trustco Media handed over the cheque to H. P. Jacobs, one of the teachers from Windhoek Gymnasium Private School.
