Fashion shoppers in the city can hope for better bargains with the opening of a low-priced fashion store, Rbs.

The store opened its doors last Friday night behind Shoprite in Schuster Building, Independence Ave, after relocating from Wernhill Park at the beginning of this year. Rbs offers great quality clothing and one can find the best collections in trend for both female and male. Rbs administrator, Filipe Santos, says they are continuing with different brands such as Rbs Brand Clothes, Zara, H&M, Saccor, Cavalinho Bags and Merc. “Soon we will have other surprises that we are working on it, mainly with stylish partners from Namibia,” says Santos.

He adds that he relocated the shop to the CBD because there is more pleasant space with more freedom to do different activities and develop the project in other directions. The theme of the fashion is “Fashion, Glam and Exclusivity”.  “This year will be the year of consolidation with new areas of clothing developments,” he promises. Santos says their new store is part of their expansion plans in Namibia this year thereby creating job opportunities. The opening saw some models modelling some of the exclusive, sensual, high quality affordable winter and summer garments.

Garments such as African print, formal wear, casual wear and Sharam Diniz collection in partnership with Rbs were showcased.  Garments of different colours and styles made in Portugal and designed in Namibia with an exclusive African touch and European style can be found in the store.

The Rbs store first open its door in Angola, Luanda, where it has six branches with the next branch opening in Namibia last year selling Zara’s garment and other brands.
