Standard Bank has introduced a new corporate clothing range for all customer-facing staff.
As a customer-centric financial institution, the bank says it is constantly striving to enhance all customer touch points. This entails visibility and the experience the bank gives to its customers through their banking journey, while maintaining excellent customer service.
“We believe that our latest new look will further enhance customers’ experiences as we keep moving forward. This is one of the many exciting initiatives to come in our quest to deliver the best banking services in Namibia,” says Standard Bank’s Head of Marketing, Jacquiline Pack.
“Corporate dressing refers to the art of dressing formally and correctly. Corporate dressing helps an individual to dress according to his work profile and organisational culture,” explained Pack.
According to her, dressing formally not only represents the individual’s image, but that of the organisation you represent.
“A professional corporate look shows that your staff is ready to do business. Customers cannot help but be impressed by a professionally presented member of staff in corporate wear,” concludes Pack.
