Response: The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry wishes to inform residents of Xhause village that the installation of a borehole at Cause West (Xhause) is one of MAWF’s priorities during the financial year 2015/16. Potential contractors for the specific work under the M18/2.8/2014 tender were invited to tender for borehole installation work in the two Kavango regions. The tender will close on 20 May 2015. The evaluation process will start shortly thereafter and the tender is expected to be awarded during the last week of May 2015. Successful contractors are expected to be on site during the second week of June 2015 to start with the installation of the boreholes. The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry is therefore requesting the Xhause community to await the completion of the tender process. Margaret S.
