With little left to play for in their last clash in the preliminary round of the Vodacom Cup, Namibia’s rugby XV the Welwitschias will tonight face another tough assignment of negotiating their way past South African outfit Leopards.
The Welwitschias confront the visiting Leopards at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek at 19h00.

Having already lost the lion’s share of their opening games, there will be nothing but pride at stake for the home side when they lock horns against the highly disciplined and hard-tackling South Africans.

Despite a string of defeats, the Namibian youngsters have in the last few matches appeared to have learned well from their experienced opponents and will be expected to deliver a sterling performance that will be characterised by discipline, team work and above all a show of character.
