Dimension Data, the US$6.7 billion global IT solutions and services provider, recently announced that it has been certified as one of the top five employers in the world for outstanding employee offerings. The certification was based on annual independent research carried out by the Top Employers Institute.
The stringent criteria that organizations are assessed on include talent management; leadership; training and development; and initiatives to attract, retain and engage employee talent.
Rowan Kleintjes, Managing Director of Dimension Data Namibia – a business partnership between the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group and Dimension Data Middle East and Africa – said: “Over the past five years great strides have been made regarding employees and their wellbeing.
