In Namibian music, it’s tough to thrive,
The industry’s small and hard to survive.
A place where talent can easily get lost,
And dreams can be shattered at a high cost
Many artists try to make it big,
But only a few get the gigs.
And with the limited resources at hand,
Getting ahead is a challenge to withstand.
Music producers are few and far between,
And radio play is a difficult scene.
It takes a lot of grit to get your sound out,
And patience to rise above the drought.
