PSG Wealth Namibia, a financial services’ company, has launched a new talk show called ‘Windows of Wealth’. The show aims to inspire and empower Namibians through captivating interviews with some of the country’s most influential leaders and trailblazers.
According to a statement, ‘Windows of Wealth’ brings audiences closer to the personal and professional journeys of CEOs, notable business leaders and government officials, who share their stories of growth, challenges and triumphs from childhood to their current successes. Through these intimate conversations, the show seeks to uncover the heart of what drives these remarkable individuals, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
The series started with a compelling episode featuring Gys Joubert, chief executive officer of Gondwana Collection Namibia, offering an inside look into his rise from humble beginnings as a legal clerk to his leadership role in one of Namibia’s largest hospitality companies. In the latest episode, released on 17 October, Iipumbu Shiimi, finance and public enterprises minister, shared his narrative, from his modest upbringing to his impactful role in shaping Namibia’s economic future.
“Each episode dives deep into the educational backgrounds, career paths and pivotal moments that have shaped the guests’ lives, providing viewers with insights beyond the boardroom. These stories are motivational and filled with practical wisdom, as guests candidly discuss their financial
challenges, missteps, and the lessons that helped them succeed,” read a PSG statement.
Added that a special segment titled ‘5 on 5’ adds a unique touch where guests answer rapid-fire, personal questions, offering viewers a glimpse into their personalities beyond their professional personas. Highlights include Joubert’s reflections on his unexpected career shift to CEO, and Shiimi’s lighthearted memories of his days as a varsity footballer.
