Once you experience and realise that life is all about energy, frequency, and vibration, there is no going back. Once you realise that you create your life experience in real time with every thought and information you consume in real time, you will think twice at every second of your life.
You will eventually start questioning every moment you spend, whether it raises your frequency or drags it down.
All human life, whether we know it or not, is controlled by the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind can be likened to a tape recorder that indiscriminately forms a program that dictates our view of the world and everything else. Its waterbed is our beliefs and the information we consume.
Hence, once you know its power and how it works, you would naturally be strategic in your choices of what information to consume (including social media), conversations you would entertain, the movies or films you watch, and the music you would listen to. More often, when we talk about awakening or enlightenment, we treat it as if it were a big event that awakens one and instantly transforms their life.
We make it sound so sophisticated and far-fetched that only a few may eventually be lucky enough to achieve. It is in that unnecessary perception of sophistication that we lose the essence of its simplicity. This idea of sophistication undermines its simplicity and distracts us from its inherent nature. Awakening is our natural path; it is what we are first and foremost here for. It is the natural purpose that is the foundation of every other purpose because, without it, every other purpose we may claim will be invalid. The awakening is in the knowing and understanding that heaven on earth is just one choice away.
It is not in all the materialistic dreams because it is intrinsic. Its intrinsic nature is that it cannot be created outside of oneself, nor is it an event. It is a perpetual process of creating wonderful moments by understanding that, beyond all ongoing external events in life, how they affect our inner experience depends on the choices we make, instantly yet continuously. For instance, it depends on whether we choose vengeance or forgiveness, because both choices give us completely opposite life experiences in real time.
Often, we shift blame to someone who has made us angry, but the choice is ours to decide how we will respond, regardless of what they may have said or done to us.
The awakening is simple: it is nothing more than tapping into our intuition. It is all about being in tune with the frequency of love, kindness, and peace. When in tune with the source, there is no need to abuse the mind because we receive instructions in real time. Commonly, the belief is that these things are outside us and must be divinely received from an external entity. However, the truth is that once in tune, we receive instructions to create them within ourselves, and we can only experience them through sharing them with others, indiscriminately.
Therefore, as we face this festive season, I would like to challenge us all to take just one day to be loving and kind to everyone, even strangers. I challenge us to take a day just to smile at everyone.
I challenge us all to do on that one day what we freely render our help to anyone when it is safely possible: let someone go before you in the queue, yield to make way for another driver, and genuinely compliment others on their attributes or personality.
Absolutely, by the end of that day, before you sleep, reflect on the day and what an experience. I swear to God and all my ancestors that, if you have never felt that way before, you have just had a taste of what awakening is, and you would say to yourself, “Ihaishunako”.
