Consoling… Former president Nangolo Mbumba was at the gathering at the family homestead of the departed parliamentarian James Uerikua in Katutura today. Mbumba said the late was a youthful leader whose presence was always felt. He encouraged young Namibians to safeguard their well-being because they have a responsibility to contribute to the development of the country.
